Each piece is handmade using genuine leather and carefully selected materials. Because of the natural and handcrafted nature of these items, slight variations in color, texture, creasing, and finish are expected and part of what makes each piece unique.

Many of our leather goods feature a distressed or treated finish designed to have a worn, vintage look. This type of leather may continue to evolve over time, developing additional variation or wear with use — this is considered part of the design, not a defect.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• natural variations in materials

• changes in texture or finish over time

• general wear from use

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

Care

To help maintain your piece, we recommend gentle handling and occasional use of a leather conditioner or balm to keep the material nourished and enhance its natural finish.
