Shipping & Policies

Love Notes are packed by hand and typically ship within 7 business days of purchase. Once your order has been mailed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

All Love Notes are sent via stamped mail and do not include tracking. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, postal service delays, and time of year.

United States: 3–14 business days

International: 7–30 business days

Due to the limited and handmade nature of Love Notes, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your Love Note arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help find a solution.

Leather Goods

Product Details

Each piece is handmade using genuine leather and carefully selected materials. Because of the natural and handcrafted nature of these items, slight variations in color, texture, creasing, and finish are expected and part of what makes each piece unique.

Many of our leather goods feature a distressed or treated finish designed to have a worn, vintage look. This type of leather may continue to evolve over time, developing additional variation or wear with use — this is considered part of the design, not a defect.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • natural variations in materials

  • changes in texture or finish over time

  • general wear from use

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

Care

To help maintain your piece, we recommend gentle handling and occasional use of a leather conditioner or balm to keep the material nourished and enhance its natural finish.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
